MEBRIGHT™ SARS-CoV-2 Kit GS-R0201E 96 tests Real-time PCR
GLINE-2019-nCoV Ag YH-G86247E 20 tests Lateral Flow

Real-time PCR assay for the detection of novel coronavirus “SARS-CoV-2”.
This kit was developed using a one-step real-time PCR assay platform described in the ‘‘Manual for the Detection of Pathogen 2019-nCoV” by National Institute of Infectious Diseases (NIID) and yields comparable assay performance through a considerably simpler procedure.

GLINE-2019-nCoV Ag

Lateral flow immunoassay for the qualitative detection of novel coronavirus “SARS-CoV-2” in nasopharyngeal (NP) and nasal (NS) swab from individuals who are suspected of COVID-19.

The MESACUP™ ECP TEST is quantitative assay kit for human ECP in serum by sandwich ELISA.
Eosinophil Cationic protein (ECP), Eosinophil derived Neurotoxin (EDN) and Major Basic Protein (MBP) are known to be major protein-mediators derived from activated eosinophils. ECP and EDN are found in matrix of granules in eosinophils whereas MBP is found in core of granules. ECP and MBP have high cytotoxicity. Activated eosinophile play an important role in the late asthmatic response and in the asthmatic airway inflammation. As ECP is secreted from activated eosinophils, ECP can be a marker of eosinophile activation and degranulation.

MESACUP™-2 TEST Desmoglein1

The MESACUP™-2 TEST Desmoglein 1 measures anti-Dsg1 antibodies present in the serum by ELISA.
Desmoglein 1 (Dsg1) is a desmosomal cadherin expressed in stratified squamous epithelia and the target antigen in pemphigus foliaceus (PF). PF is an autoimmune blistering disease of skin and characterized clinically by small flaccid blisters and scaly, crusted erosions, and histologically by intraepidermal blister formation due to loss of cell adhesion of keratinocytes. Anti-Dsg1 IgG autoantibodies are detected in sera from patients with PF and play a pathogenic role in blister formation in PF.

MESACUP™-2 TEST Desmoglein3

The MESACUP™-2 TEST Desmoglein 3 measures anti-Dsg3 antibodies present in the serum by ELISA.
Desmoglein 3 (Dsg3) is a desmosomal cadherin expressed in stratified squamous epithelia and the target antigen in pemphigus vulgaris (PV). PV is a fatal autoimmune blistering disease of the skin and mucous membrane and clinically characterized by flaccid blisters and widespread painful erosions.
Anti-Dsg3 IgG is not found in patients with pemphigus foliaceus, another type of pemphigus.

The MESACUP™ BP180 TEST is for measuring anti-BP180 autoantibodies in patient serum.
Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is a chronic itchy blistering skin disorder found mainly in the elderly population and is characterized by frequent occurring of tense blisters and erythema. Target antigens of the autoantibodies in BP patient serum are BP230 and BP180, also called BPAG1 and BPAG2. Molecular weight of these antigens is 230 kD and180 kD respectively.
BP180 is thought to be the direct target of the autoantibody because of its location, and the autoantibodies against BP230 are thought to be secondarily produced.

The MESACUP™ BP230 TEST has recombinant protein of both N-terminus and C-terminus of BP230 as solid phase and measures anti-BP230 autoantibodies in patient serum.
Anti-BP180 is thought to be the pathogenic autoantibody, however, not all BP patients have anti-BP180 antibody in their serum. Anti-BP230 antibody is considered to be a useful serologic marker of the disease.

Polymyositis and dermatomyositis (PM/DM) are systemic autoimmune disorders that involve muscle, skin and lungs. A number of autoantibodies are detected in PM/DM patient sera, some of which are specific to PM/DM (known as myositis-specific autoantibodies; MSAs) (1).
In addition to well characterized MSAs, such as anti-aminoacyl tRNA synthetase (ARS), anti-signal recognition particle, and anti-Mi-2 antibodies, a number of additional DM specific antibodies have been recently described. These include antibodies against melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5 (MDA5), transcriptional intermediary factor-1-gamma (TIF1-γ) (2).

Anti-Synthetase ELISA Kit

Anti-Synthetase ELISA kit is an Enzyme Linked Immuno-Sorbent assay (ELISA) detection kit for anti-ARS antibody in serum.
The aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase (ARS) are a group of cytoplasmic enzymes that catalyze the binding of tRNA to their respective amino acids, with a unique enzyme for amino acid.
Autoantibodies to six of these synthetases (histidyl-, threonyl-, alanyl-, isoleucyl-, glycyl-, and asparaginyl-tRNA synthetases) are known as anti-Jo1, anti-PL7, anti-PL12, anti-OJ, anti-EJ and anti-KS respectively. This ELISA system is a kit that is able to detect anti-ARS autoantibodies containing not only anti-Jo-1 but also anti-PL7, anti-PL12, anti-EJ and anti-KS.

Anti-MDA5 ELISA Kit is a semi-quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of anti-melanoma differentiation associated gene 5 protein (MDA5) antibodies in human serum.
MDA5, also known as CADM-140 is one of the retinoic acid inducible gene I (RIG-I) family proteins and involved in innate immune defense against viruses, cellular growth suppression, and apoptosis. And these responses also could trigger the autoimmune response to MDA5.

Anti-TIF1-γ ELISA Kit

Anti-TIF1-γ ELISA Kit is a semi-quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of anti transcriptional intermediary factor 1-gamma (TIF1-γ) antibodies in human serum.

Anti-Mi-2 ELISA Kit

Anti-Mi-2 ELISA Kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the detection of anti-Mi-2 antibodies in human serum.
