Experimental Data
The figure shows the tumor‑suppressive effect of the Human IgG1 Isotype Control in an H22 murine hepatocellular carcinoma model. In this study, the tumor volume in the Human IgG1 Isotype Control–treated group was significantly lower than that in the PBS‑treated group. This difference clearly demonstrates that to properly analyze the tumor growth‑inhibitory effect of the antibody of interest, the comparison must be made against the Human IgG1 Isotype Control. This approach is also essential for accurately evaluating the antibody’s efficacy.
