Steps for manufacturing MHC class I tetramer
Notes
We require a minimum of 20 mgs. Peptide purity must be greater than or equal to 90%. Please ship freeze-dried peptide.
If we cannot obtain enough monomer for tetramerization, we have no use to quit the task. In this case, we will send you a work report instead of the product.
We are offering biotinylated monomers.
