Background	"Product description: Murine OIT1 is a glycoprotein, glycan at asparagine 106, with a calculated molecular weight of 25.0 kDa. Murine OIT1 has 71% sequence identity at the protein level with its human homolog Fam3D (product catalog F002).　 Residues 26-223 of murine OIT1 were cloned, the protein was over-expressed in HEK293EBNA1 cells and was purified to homogeneity. The calculated molecular weight of recombinant murine OIT1 is 23.2 kDa and it contains an C-terminal hexahistidine tag. Reference sequences: Swiss-prot P97805"
