The buffer contains 25 mM Tris 150 mM NaCl pH 7.5 without preservative. After thawing it should be stored in appropriate small aliquots at -20℃ or -80℃ (stable for at least 2 months). Background	Product description: Human Fam3D is a glycoprotein, glycan at asparagine 107, with a calculated molecular weight of 24.8 kDa. Human Fam3D has 71% sequence identity at the protein level with its mouse homolog OIT1 (product catalog O001). A specific function is unknown at the moment. It is expressed in the placenta, and is also found in salivary fluid. Residues 26-224 of human Fam3D were cloned, the protein was over-expressed in HEK293EBNA1 cells and was purified to homogeneity. The calculated molecular weight of recombinant human Fam3D is 23.1 kDa and it contains an C-terminal hexahistidine tag. Reference sequences: Swiss-prot Q96BQ1
