Background	Product description: Human cGREF1 is a secretory protein produced in many tissues such as pituitary gland, adrenal gland, kidney, large intestine, epididymis and ovary and may be involved in tumor growth. The protein is involved in calcium dependent cell adhesion. Increased expression inhibits cell growth by increased cell adhesion. The expression of cGREF1 is up-regulated by p53. Residues 20-318 of human cGREF1 were cloned, the protein was over-expressed in HEK293EBNA1 cells and was purified to homogeneity. The calculated molecular weight of recombinant human cGREF11 is 35.6 kDa and it contains an C-terminal strep-tag. Reference sequences: Swiss-prot Q99674
