Storage and Stability:VWF-A3 should be stored at -80℃ (stable for at least 1 year). The buffer contains 25 mM tris 150 mM, NaCl pH 7.8 without preservative. After thawing it should be stored in appropriate small aliquots at -20℃ or -80℃ (stable for at least 2 months).

| Background | Product description: Human Von Willebrand Factor (VWF) is a multimeric glycoprotein, which is involved in binding coaggulaion factor VIII and in adhesion of platelets at sites of vascular damage. In this process the VWF-A3 domain binds to collagen in the vascular matrix. Residues 1683-1874 of human VWF were cloned, the protein was over-expressed and was purified to homogeneity.
