Magnosphere™ magnetic microparticles

Magnosphere™ is magnetic microparticles which can be used for life science research. Available are two different type of surface characteristics; hydrophilic (MS) and hydrophobic (MX), and both chemically functionalized products and Bio-functionalized products.

Tosyl : Tosyl group enable to bind molecules such as antibodies and DNA without using condensation reagent.
Carboxyl : By using condensation reagent, carboxyl group enable to bind molecules such as antibodies and DNA which have amino acid group.

Blockmaster™ CE series

Blockmaster™ CE510 and CE210 are fully synthetic, water soluble blocking reagents consisting of a hydrophilic PEG tail and multiple amine-end groups. While the PEG tail reduces the non-specific binding, the amine end-group allows for a covalent conjugation with amine reactive surfaces.

Blockmaster™ DB1130

Blockmaster™ DB1130 is a fully synthetic, water soluble polymer blocking reagent consisting of both hydrophilic and hydrophobic units. The optimized combination of hydrophilic and hydrophobic units strongly reduces the non-specific binding and greatly enhances colloidal stability of latex and magnetic beads.

Blockmaster™ PA1080

Blockmaster™ PA1080 is a fully synthetic, water soluble polymer blocking reagent consisting of both hydrophilic and hydrophobic units. The optimized combination of hydrophilic and hydrophobic units realizes excellent protein/cell blocking properties on a wide variety of substrate materials.
